Ford died Wednesday at Memorial Hospital. He was born in Frisco on Sept. 27, 1911, the son of Godfrey and Margaret Ford. He married the former Polly Lorena Jeffries in Forreston on August 12, 1931.
Ford had retired from Snow White Laundry, Memorial Hospital, and Piggly Wiggly and was a member of the Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Polly Ford of Cleburne; a son, Buster Ford of Cleburne; a daughter, Mrs. Joy Ford-Gardner of Lancaster; two sisters, Vera Gfeller of Vernon and Margaret Kilgore of Coffeeville, Miss.; and three grandsons.
