Ebenezer “Webster” Heath was born 12 Sep 1830 in Cabell Co. Virginia(now West Virginia) to Richard B and Sarah Elizabeth (Jordan) Heath. Almost the entire Heath clan left Virginia and moved to Missouri in the late 1830's. Richard then moved his family to Texas in the 1840's.

Webster went to California for the Gold Rush in about 1853 with his brother John G Heath. He married Mary Jane Biggs (b. 1836 Washington Co. AR-Died bef. 1884) on 19 Jun 1856, Tulare Co. CA. Mary Jane was the daughter of David and Martha (Chisolm) Biggs. They had three known children.Franklin was born in about 1864 in California. Charlie Biggs Heath was born 25 Oct 1870 in
California and died 7 Aug 1946, Los Angeles, California. Charlie mined in Alaska and was a horse trainer in California. Olive Frances (aka Irene) was born about 1874
in California and died at Walter Reed Hospital 25 Feb 1918 in Washington DC. Olive was a military nurse and never married.

Webster married Juliet Frances Hayes 4 Sep 1884 in Washington Co., Arkansas. Juliet was born 27 Jul 1861 in either War Eagle, Arkansas or Pea Ridge, Arkansas. She was the daughter of George Washington and Elizabeth Mahala (Puckett) Hayes. George and Elizabeth came to Arkansas a few years before Juliet was born from Wilson Co., Tennessee. They farmed near Webbers Falls, Oklahoma after they were
married. They moved to Weddington, Arkansas before 1900 and lived in a log home.

Webster and Juliet had 2 daughters. Sadie “Pearl” Heath was born 1 Nov 1885 in Indian Territory. Pearl married William Harve Ezell 12 Apr 1903 in Washington Co., Arkansas. They divorced in 1909. They had one daughter, Virginia “Virgie” Irene Ezell, born 10 Oct 1903 in Weddington, Arkansas. Virgie married Nicholas Moss Mason 17 April 1921 in Benton Co., Arkansas. Virgie and Nick had six children; Earl, Bob, Dorothy, Ann,Jim and Jerry. Pearl then married Troy Cooper
9 Jan 1913 in Washington Co., Arkansas. Troy was the son of Martin Luther Kanard and Orleana (Waits) Cooper. Troy was born 10 Dec 1886 in Weddington, Arkansas and died in the Flu Epidemic on 7 Apr 1919 in Washington Co., Arkansas.
Pearl and Troy had 3 children. Allen Webster Cooper was born 10 Dec 1913 Washington Co., AR. and died 4 Oct 2004, Fort Smith, AR. He married Alpha Dees 15 Nov 1934. They later divorced. They had one daughter Joyce Dean Cooper. Allen then married Pat (?) in 1960. They had one son, Allen Dale Cooper. Gladys Maxine Cooper was born 14 Apr 1916 and died
30 Aug 2008 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Maxine married Herman Cassat 16 Oct 1935 in Benton Co., Arkansas. They had 2 sons, Richard W and Herman Eugene Cassat (1950-2010). Marguerite Troy Cooper was born 2 Oct 1919 in Weddington, Akansas after her father's death. She died 22 Jun 2009 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Marguerite married Johnnie Johnson 17 Oct 1937 in
Washington Co. Arkansas. Johnnie was the son of William Waitman and Cora Matilda (Neal) Johnson. Marguerite and Johnnie had 2 sons, Kendall and Monte Johnson. Pearl's third husband was William A Fritts. They married after 1930. Will Fritts built a home for Juliet Heath in Weddington in the early 1940's and she left the log house and lived in the town of Weddington for the rest of her life. Pearl died 11 Dec 1968 in Arkansas.
Their second daughter was Alice Gertrude was born 25 Jun 1888 in Indian Territory. She taught school in Washington Co. Arkansas as a young woman and was engaged to Lee Dees. She contracted a near fatal case of typhoid fever which left her brain damaged. She lived with her mother until her mother died, then lived with her sister. Alice died in Fort Smith, Arkansas 9 Apr 1968.

Webster died 9 Feb 1916 at the family home in Weddington, Arkansas. His second wife Juliet died 15 Sep 1944 in Weddington, Arkansas.
