WILLIAM LOUIS HIGGINBOTHAM, husband of Mrs. Frances Rowe Higginbotham and son of Mrs. Christine Mays Higginbotham and the late Grover J. Higginbotham, in the 37th year of his age. The body will be taken from the residence, 1412 South Elm Street, Portsmouth, to the Elm Avenue Methodist Church, for funeral services, FRIDAY AFTERNOON, August 4, 1955, at 2 o'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. The body will be at the church an hour prior to services. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery, Portsmouth.
