Anna Bell Carter Key died in Altus, Oklahoma on December 6, 2010. She was 78 years old. Anna was born in Clarksville Arkansas on April 22, 1932 to Arthur Bailey and Ines Elizabeth (Kacy) Finley. She worked as a Dietician Assistant until retiring in 1978. Anna is survived by four sons: Jess Carter and wife Barbara of Clarksburg, West Virginia, Kenneth Carter of Duke, Oklahoma, Elmer Carter and wife Haesuk of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Richard Carter and wife Nellie of the Netherlands, ten grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee with Armando Gonzalez officiating. Interment will follow at the Morris Cemetery. Friends may view Anna at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
