Eldest Son of Henry Graf and Elizabeth Netcher Graf;

Grandson of Christian Graf and Louisa A. Schultz Graf and of Peter Netcher and Anna Celia Schuster Netcher;

Brother of Pearl (Mrs. William George Board), Marion (Mrs. Harry Snyder), Laura (Mrs. Carl Hobson Wallace), Lucille (Mrs. Michael Debrey) and LeRoy Graf (Wife, Hazel Greenwood);

Cherished Uncle, Cousin, Step-Father and Friend.

Beloved Husband to his first wife Belle Brenner Graf, who passed away in 1933...together they had a Daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Graf, who passed away as an infant in 1924;

Married for a second time....to Alice Graf, who passed away in 1946, leaving Leo a Widower once again;

He found a third love, a wife, companion and friend, in Marjorie Kotek Lindsay, whom he married in the late 1940's and with whom he spent the remainder of his life.

Leo Graf is a Veteran of World War I, having served in the Army with the 32nd Division;

He worked as a Carpenter, building houses alongside his Father, Henry Graf, and together they built his house up the street from his family on Maxwell Street.

Leo is lovingly remembered by all of the families and friends who knew him.

He is buried near his family in the Graf family lot at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Baraboo.

Leo E. Graf was born in Baraboo July 19, 1886. He attended the Baraboo schools. He and his father were in the carpenter business and ran a carpenter shop here.
He had lived on Maxwell Street all his life except for the years he was in service. He was a veteran of World War I, having been in the 32nd Division. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Holy Name Society.
He died July 3 at the Veterans Hospital in Madison after a long illness. He is survived by his wife Marjorie. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and one brother. He was the oldest and last of the Henry Graf family.
Funeral services were held July 6 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Donald Beckus officiating. Burial was made in St. Joseph Cemetery.
