Miss Carla Daphne Behel, 26, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., died Thursday, April 3, 2003, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle wreck.Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2003, at Killen Church of Christ. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2003, at Killen Church of Christ. She will lie in state at the church 1-2 p.m. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery, Greenhill, Ala. Officiating the funeral will be Brother Stan Dean and Brother Manson Behel.She was a native of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and was a former resident of Greenhill, Ala.She is survived by her fiance, Shannon Robinson, Murfreesboro, Tenn.; mother, Debra Behel, Florence, Ala.; father, Rickie Behel, Florence, Ala.; sister, Cortney Jones and husband, Brian Jones, Florence, Ala.; grandparents, Coleman Sharp and Eleise Sharp, Lexington, Ala., Lucy Behel and the late Heairl Behel, Greenhill, Ala.; niece, Karly Jones; and nephew, Kaleb Jones, both of Florence, Ala.Pallbearers will include Greg Johnson, Patrick Miller, Paul Troxler, Randall Jordan, Danny Waldron, and Kirk White.Honorary pallbearers will include Daniel Gilchrist, Kenny Abernathy, Christopher Sharp, Hearil Lee Jenkins and Dan Waldron.She was employed as a registered nurse for Middle Tennessee Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tenn. She was a member of the Church of Christ.In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, Tenn.
