Jane Marcy Hurlburt died Sept. 24, 1913, at the home of her brother, Wilbur Marcy. She was ill only a few hours, of angina pectoris.
She was a daughter of John and Prudence Marcy and was born on June17th, 1842, in the town of Leicester. On Sept. 15tb, 1868, she was married to Ansley Hurlburt, who preceded her to the better land ten years ago last June.
Her nearest surviving relatives are her one son, Jesse A. Hurlburt of Perry ; and a son and a daughter of her husband's former marriage, to whom she filled a mother's place, Edgar Hurlburt and Mrs. Celinda Scott, both of Warsaw.

A woman of sterling worth, of kindly deeds, an ever ready helping hand, her work is done. She has reached "that land where tired feet, with sandals loosed, may rest."
