Mark Deneil Anderson, 52, Corydon, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
Born Aug. 13, 1958, in Corydon, he was the son of Walter Anderson Jr. of New Middletown and the late Wilma L. Rowe Anderson.
He was employed as a bridge division superintendent at Gohmann Asphalt and was a member of the carpenter's union.
Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Anderson, and a sister, Linda Anderson-Summers.
Survivors besides his father include his wife, the former Jennifer Jeannette Hughes; a son, Christopher Dencil Anderson of Corydon; a daughter, Catrina Marie Dean of Corydon; a stepson, Michael Joseph Long and Jacob Scott Gleitz, both of Corydon; two brothers, Randy and Ricky Anderson, both of New Middletown; five sisters, Judy Ward, Pam Lawson and Sandy Morris, all of New Middletown, Jackie Craig of Alton and Connie Voyles of Corydon; and four grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, Dec. 14, from noon to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, Dec. 15, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Wednesday, Dec. 15, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in New Middletown United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Officiants: Pastor Ted Chalk and Steve Bachman.
Pallbearers: Chad and Walter Anderson, Jeffery and Jordan Morris, Toby Lawson and Justin Ward.
