63-Year-Old Resident Succumbs After Illness of Several Months.
Edinburg, Aug. 4-Roscoe (Bobby) Abbett, 63, died at 9:30 o'clock this morning at his home on Maple Street in Edinburg following an illness of several months.
The casket will be open at Mutz funeral home, where friends may call tonight. Funeral arrangements, however, had not been completed.
Mr. Abbett was born March 24, 1878, son of Andrew and Nan Crane Abbett. He was a member of Amity Baptist church.
