Frieda Kay Cook, 52, of Springfield died Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at Memorial Medical Center. She was born Dec. 10, 1949, in Springfield, the daughter of Robert and Hazel Sparks Boone. She married Randy Cook in 1976. Mrs. Cook was a homemaker. Survivors: husband, Randy G.; two daughters, Kelly Cook and Tammy Cailler, both of Springfield; two sons, John (wife, Roseann) and Corey Cailler, both of Springfield; 14 grandchildren; two sisters, Marla Locker of Petersburg and Laura Keeney of Springfield; a niece; a nephew; and several cousins. Services: 1 p.m. Monday; Staab Funeral home, Robert Green officiating. Burial: Oak Ridge Cemetery.
