For some time Mrs. Allyn had made her home with her daughter.Mrs. Allyn was well known in Manchester, and had a host of friends to whom the news of her death comes with peculiar sadness.

She was a true Christian woman and devoted her life in loving ministrations to the members of her family and friends. The sorrow that has come to the sons and daughter in the death of their mother, is shared by many who knew her and the profoundest sympathy goes out to those left to mourn her passing.
