Granville O. Bankert, 87, died Tuesday at the Burkholder Convalescent Home, Carlisle, R.D. 6.
He was a member of the Grace United Brethren Church and is survived by two daughters, Mrs., G. Leroy Moorehead, New Bloomfield, and Miss Hazel Bankert, Carlisle; a sister, Mrs. Worthington Berry, Washington, D.C.; three brothers, John Bankert, Hanover, and David Bankert, Waynesboro, and two grandchildren. [note state 3 brothers, but only names 2]
Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Lutz Funeral Home. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery, the Rev. Paul R. Koontz officiating. Friends may call tonight at the funeral home.
