Tommie looked exactly like his birth father, Joe Rouse (possibly #84496878), who survived him, along with his mother and stepfather, Robert Conway Bloxton, Sr. and Anna Ruth White Lillie Bloxton.
Tommie died at his San Marcos home at 566 Berryhill Drive. He had lived in the area for 22 years. He had worked as a self-employed painter for 17 years.
He was survived by half-siblings and step-siblings: Larry Gene Lillie of L.A., Carolyn Lillie of San Diego, Russell & Michael Bloxton of Vista, Donna Bloxton of West Branch, IA, and Bobby & Ricky Bloxton of AZ.
As a teenager (18), he was married to Susan K. "Sue" (Murphy) Lillie (16), on August 25, 1963, and they had children: Tamara Sue "Tammy" Lillie Brotherton, etc.. Sue was born in 1948--April 28 1948 or June 1, 1948. 1029 Mockingbird Lane, San Marcos, CA in 1981. She was remarried to Mr. Hicks, San Marcos, CA by 1993.
Tommie's half-brother, Larry Gene Lillie (b. 3-4-1935) was last seen in a little house in Playas de Tijuana in 2009.
