Harry Eugene Anderson was born September 18, 1932 in Kuna, Idaho to Irvin Eugene Anderson and Hazel Lorena Bailey. He passed away December 18, 2010 in Boise, Idaho. He was 78. He married Muriel Betourney December 28, 1954 and divorced in 1979. He was born on a farm in Kuna, Idaho on Strobel Road. He worked on various farms growing up. He went to work for the Boise Project Board of Control on March 15, 1950 as a heavy duty equipment operator and retired October 8, 1994 after 44 years. He loved maintaining the ditches and canals for the farmers. He worked on the Lucky Peak Project in 1984 and enjoyed every moment! He had many good times going on trips with his brother, Bud (Larry Anderson) and sister-in-law, Pat (Patricia). He loved fishing and camping. He enjoyed his garden and growing vegetables of which he shared his tomatoes and cucumbers with everyone he knew. He is survived by his brother, Larry Anderson (Patricia); his three children, Christina Bako (Charles), Kimbol Anderson (Barbara), Jolene Anderson; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two nieces. He was preceded in death by one son, Timothy Douglas Anderson.
A viewing will be held at Cremation Society of Idaho, 5541 Overland Rd., Boise from 4-6 p.m., Wednesday, December 22, 2010.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 23, 2010 at the Kuna Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Cremation Society of Idaho. www.cremationsociety-idaho.com
