Goldie P. Bilbrey of Gerald, formerly of Belle, passed away Tuesday afternoon May 18, 1993 at St. John's Hospital in Washington following a lengthy illness. She was 86 years of age. Goldie was born January 24, 1907 in Paydown, the daughter of Thomas Payton and Nancy Glover Price.

She was united in marriage to John Bilbrey. He preceded her in death March 4, 1973. Survivors include one son, Don Bilbrey of Gerald, one granddaughter, Debra Kuntzmon of Westfield and one great-granddaughter, Mikayla. Goldie is preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband, John; her brother Fritz Price and two sisters.

She was employed as a shoe factory worker. She was a member of Liberty Church of Christ in Belle. Funeral services were held the following Friday at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James with Bro. Larry Morris officiating. Pallbearers were family and friends. Burial was in the Skaggs Chapel Cemetery near Belle.Arrangements were under the direction of the Jones Funeral Service in St. James. [Bell Banner, Maries Co, MO]
