November 30, 2010:

Helen Keith, 96, of Fulton passed away November 30, 2010 at Fulton Manor.

She was born June 23, 1914 in Fulton, the daughter of James Franklin and Susie Tharp Curtis. She married Willard "Bill" Keith on September 14, 1935. He proceeded her in death.

She is survived by one daughter Wilma Sue (James) Metz of Fulton, one granddaughter Diana (Ross) Ross of Fulton and one sister Mary Curtis McGinty of Fulton.

Along with her husband, she was proceeded in death by her parents two brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. Keith was a member of First Babtist Church and attended the Gleeners Sunday School Class. She was a past member of the Callaway Hospital Auxillary as well as the Womens Club of Fulton. She was employed as the payroll clerk at the 5th Street Shoe Factory from 1941 until 1955. She worked in the Budget Comptroller Department at the State Capitol from 1955 until her retirement.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton with the Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. The family will recieve friends from 11:00AM until time of service.

In liew of flowers memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society. Interment will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens.
