Mrs. Sallie Butler, widow of the late Ed Butler, aged 87 years, passed away at nine o'clock Tuesday morning at the home of her son, Ed Butler, who lives near Mt. Pleasant Church. Mrs. Butler was a member of the Christian Church. She is survived by one son, five grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted this afternoon at two o'clock, at the residence, by Rev. H.J. Conover, assisted by Rev. Perry L. Stone. Burial will be in the Butler graveyard.
