Cordella "Toby" Aasen, 81, of Iola, died Thursday, April 15, 2004, at St. Michael's Hospital.
Cordella was born July 2, 1922, in the town of Wyoming, daughter of the late Herman and Louise (Splittgerber) Schmidt.
She married Milton I. Aasen on June 6, 1942, in Big Falls. He died April 3, 1995.
Cordella was a secretary at the First National Bank in Iola.
Survivors include two sons, Don (Chris) Aasen of Iola, and Terry (Elizabeth) Aasen of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Hitterdahl Lutheran Church of Iola. The Rev. Daniel Somers will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hitterdahl Lutheran Cemetery.
