Georgetown – Phillip R. Lambert is buried Monday afternoon. Funeral services for Phillip R. Lambert, 55, were conducted at the graveside at the Holmes burial ground in the Oceda section of the county at 3 O'clock Monday afternoon by the Reverend Blease Edwards.
Mr. Lambert died at his home in Georgetown early Saturday morning following a heart attack.
He is survived by his widow and the following children: B.E. Lambert, P.R. Lambert, Jr., G.W. Lambert, E.R. Lambert, Cleveland Lambert, G.R. Lambert, Plummer Lambert, King Lambert and Edna Mae Lambert, all of Georgetown; three brothers , Sidney Lambert, and George Lambert, both of Georgetown; Sambo Lambert, Lancaster; and two sisters , Mrs. Ellen Lambert and Mrs. Alice Lambert, both of Georgetown.
