Frank Martin and Rose Ellermene Rasmussen were married at Wolbach Nebraska on October 14th 1916 by R.A. White, Lutheran Minister. Witness were Miss Carrie Olsena nd Mrs. H.J. Place. Frank is 21, living in Wolbach, Nebraska, single, Scotch Irish, 1st marriage, Works on railroad section, born in Almarry Nebraska. Parents are Joseph Martin born Washington Iowa and Mary Abigle McCemman born in Anmassion Iowa. Rose is living in Wolbach, 18, single, first marriage, born in Davey, Nebraska, occupation is "at home." Parents are Will Fredrich Rasmussen born in Holland, Denmarr, and Mary Olive Adams born in Sliesnig Germany.

"Miss Rosie Rasmussen and Frank Martin were united in marriage Saturday evening about 8:30 at the Lutheran parsonage, Rev. R. A. White pastor, performing the ceremony. It was a quite (as spelled in article) only attended by the witnesses, Miss Carrie Olsen and Mrs. Herman Place, sister of the groom.
The bride has an extensive acquaintance in this community, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Rasmussen,prominent and prosperous farmers of Wolbach. By being a lady of fine character and winning personality she has proven herself popular. She is a good hearted, whole souled young lady, and this fact together with her reputation of being a woman of her word made her an especially efficient of the younger set of this city.
For a period of several years Mr. Martin has been an efficient employee on the Burlington section, and has by faithful and excellent service proven himself a valued employee. To his work he has given such concentrated attention as to convey the belief he was too busy to contemplate matrimony, but this deceitfullness is accepted in good faith by his many friends.
