Charles O. Quincy, whose residence at some point was Quincy MA, was a 23-year-old Cabinet Maker who enlisted into the Union Army on 6/13/1861 as a Corporal, mustering into "F" Co. MA 11th Infantry. On 7/16/1863 he transferred into "14th" Co. Veteran Reserve Corps 2nd Battalion and was Mustered Out on 6/15/1864 as a Private.
