She was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Union City.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Francis Wingard; a grandson, Michale Lee; three sisters, Gertrude Whitney, Beatrice Hayes and Marjorie Williams; and a brother, Bud Baney.
Survivors include a daughter, Jill Lee, of Grove City; two sons, David Wingard and his wife, Linda, of Union City, and Donald Wingard and his wife, Kelly, of Corry; three sisters, Dorothy Loomis of Girard, Gladys Bacon and her husband, William, of Corry and Norma Scalise and her husband, Frank, of Akron, Ohio; a brother, Donald Baney of Rochester, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Erie County Memorial Gardens.
