Harold D. Konen, 54, of Sheboygan Falls, died Tuesday afternoon, December 14, 2010 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.
He was born February 24, 1956 in Sheboygan, son of Clemens "Doc" and Lorraine (Lenz) Konen.
He was a 1975 graduate of Kiel High School.
On September 16, 1978 he married Kathleen Beckley at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Kiel.
Harold had been employed at Kohler Company since 1977.
He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Louis Corners and a past member of the Louis Corners Sno- Birds.
He enjoyed snowmobiling, 4-wheeling and spending time at their cabin near Crivitz.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Kathy of Sheboygan Falls; one son, Jason (Jessica) Konen, Howards Grove; his parents, Clemens "Doc" & Lorraine Konen of rural Kiel; one brother, Dr. Robert (Janet) Konen, Baraboo, WI and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ken & Judy Beckley, Kurt Beckley and friend, Kelly, Karen Beckley and Kristine Beckley.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Wilbur & Loretta Beckley and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral services for Harold will be held Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Louis Corners with Rev. Ted Olson officiating.
Entombment will take place in Knollwood Mausoleum, Manitowoc.
