OBITUARY: Tribune, Wednesday, January 8, 2003 Nielsen, Bertha Olivia-Olivia was born March 16, 1914, as Bertha Olivia Mortensen, second child of Martin Willard and Jennie Stratton T Mortensen of Lehi, Arizona, passed away on January 3; 2003 at the home of her son, Loryn Moore, in Thatcher, Arizona. Olivia graced this world with a great and unconditional love. She was a compassionate and giving woman, who touched the lives of all those who had the blessing of knowing her.

Olivia will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She had a delightful sense of humor and often caught others off guard with a quick retort or a joke to make a difficult situation seem more bearable. A devoted and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she dedicated countless hours to serving and sacrificing for those around her. Olivia's life exemplified the love she had for her Savior, Jesus Christ.

The family wishes to give special thanks to all those of the medical profession, family members and friends, who generously showed great concern and love in her declining days, with kindly acts of service. They especially appreciate Magdelena Zielinski for her years of caring for Olivia (Grandma) in her home.
