M. C. Antley Succumbs Here

Marion C. Antley, 68, died early Friday morning in Memorial Hospital.

He was born Oct. 24, 1888 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina where he spent virtually all his life. He attended Clemson College in Clemson, S. C., and spent most of his life in the construction business. For many years, he was associated with his father and later conducted his own contracting business.

He and his wife, Lucille, were married in Orangeburg, S. C. on Nov. 10, 1947. His wife is the former Lucille Carlson of Casper. The couple met and married in South Carolina and they came to Casper in September, 1955.

Mr. Antley is survived by his wife at the family home, 1714 South Conwell; a daughter, Mrs. Hoe Donnon of Charleston, S. C.; and two grandchildren. HE is also survived by his first wife, Mrs. Carrie L. Antley of Charleston, S. C., by sisters, May Antley of Columbia, S. C., Mrs. Roy H. Gramling Sr. of Orangeburg, S. C., Mrs. E. B. Hubbard and Mrs. W. L. Stoudermire, both of Sumpter, S. C., and Mrs. Henry Jackson of Monks Corner, S. C. Four brothers also survive; L. H. Antley of Charleston, S. C., C. R. Antley of Charleston Heights, R. A. Antley of Monks Corner, S. C., and W. F. Antley with the army in Greenland.

Services and interment, under the direction of the Bustard Funeral Home, will be in Casper and are tentatively planned for early next week.
