Josephine Lemson "Jo" Batungbacal, 78, of Kihei, Maui, a retired government civil service worker, died at home. She was born in Honolulu.
She is survived by husband Robert, sons Mark and Alan, daughter Susan Vilar, brothers Louis and Herbert Lemson, 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services: 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Church in Kalihi. Call after 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Hospice Maui, 400 Mahalani St., Wailuku, HI 96793.
