Libby Mayfield whose full name is
Cora Elizabeth 'Libby' Jamison.
Next it mentions he is husband of Marlene Nix OF THE HOME, which would indicate at the time he DIED, she was living.
Marlene's full name is Marlene Nix 'Marti' Jamison.
Cora and Marlene are sisters.

Wally Brannon died 2007 so he was still living too when Andrew died as well as Libby and Marlene, only conclusion then is Cora and Andrew must have div as well as Marlene and Wally in order for Andrew to marry Marlene. However then, oddly, Andrew is buried w/lst wife Cora who died after Marlene died by one year.

Andrew Steven "Steve" Mayfield, 63 of 104 Monique Lane, died Thursday Dec. 18 2003 at his home after a year-long battle with cancer. A native of Greer, he was the son of the late Andrew Nichols and Mary Hill Mayfield.
He was the husband of Marlene Nix Mayfield, ''of the home'', and was ''first married'' to the ''late Libby Mayfield.'' He was employed by Springs Industries in Lyman for 44 years and member of Green Street Baptist Church of Spartanburg, where he was Chairman of Deacons and member of the Veterans' Sunday School Class. He was a participant in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life for past seven years.
Also surviving are two sons, Mark and Kevin Mayfield; and five grandchildren. [which would be Cora's sons]
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight Dec. 20 2003, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Sunday Dec. 21 2003 Green Street Baptist Church.

Andrew Steven "Steve" Mayfield, 63 of 104 Monique Lane, died Thursday Dec. 18 2003 at his home after a year-long battle with cancer. A native of Greer, he was the son of the late Andrew Nichols and Mary Hill Mayfield.
He was the husband of Marlene Nix Mayfield, ''of the home'', and was ''first married'' to the ''late Libby Mayfield.'' He was employed by Springs Industries in Lyman for 44 years and member of Green Street Baptist Church of Spartanburg, where he was Chairman of Deacons and member of the Veterans' Sunday School Class. He was a participant in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life for past seven years.
Also surviving are two sons, Mark and Kevin Mayfield; and five grandchildren. [which would be Cora's sons]
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight Dec. 20 2003, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Sunday Dec. 21 2003 Green Street Baptist Church.
