The body is being brought to Neosho this evening and funeral services will be held here tomorrow, with burial in the IOOF Cemetery.
Mr. Armington was a former resident of Joplin having moved there with his family in 1898 from Illinois, his native state. A year later he and the late Fred Sievers established the Joplin Undertaking Company of which he was president until he moved to Denver in 1909. Later the family moved to Boulder, and six years later came back to Missouri, locating in Jefferson City. He retired from business at this time and has devoted his later years to the care of his invalid son, Arthur, who suffered shell shock while in service during the World war in France. This son, his wife, and the daughter survive him. Besides these he has two brothers in Illinois.
He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and a member of the Masonic lodge and a Shriner.
