STAFFORD, John B. age 85, of Largo, pased away on Dec. 24, 2010. Born in Riverdale, NY, raised in Yonkers, NY and South Glens Falls, NY. He transferred from the General Electric Research Laboratory in Schenectady, NY to the Gereral Electric Pinellas Peninsula Plant in 1956. He retired as production control manager in 1984. He was a navy submarine torpedoman in WWII, graduated from South Glens Falls High School, Elgin Watchmaker's Management program. He performed with the General Electric Signs of Science Show for Pinellas County High Schools and civic Organizations.
