Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Wilson, 81 years, 10 months and 17 days old, died Thursday, April 23, 1925, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Chas. Lee, of Easley. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Nashville church, of which church she has been a faithful member since she was 17. The services were conducted by the Rev. H. P. Cheavens.

Sarah Elizabeth O'Neal was born in Barry county, Illinois, June 6, 1846, and came to this county when 5 years old. June 7, 1860, she was married to Milton Dill. To this union was born one child, Mary Jane Dill. She was later married to Wm. G. Wilson, on Feb. 7, 1865, who departed this life March 24, 1912. To this union 7 children were born, 4 of whom survive her: Two daughters, Mrs. Chas. Lee, at whose home she passed away, and Mrs. Chas. Lewis, and by two sons, James E. Wilson and John F. Wilson. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

A host of friends, who esteemed her highly, learned of Mrs. Wilson's death with sincere regret.
