Madeline M. Nicholas, 81, of Terre Haute passed away December 8, 2010 at Union Hospital. She was born in St. Louis, MO on December 31, 1928 to Sam and Concettina (Figliolo) Sciangola. She was a clerk for the Teamsters Local # 144 and retired in 1988. She was married to Thomas Nicholas who preceded her in death in 2008..... Her parents, her brother Joseph Anthony Sciangola, and a son Thomas Michael Nicholas have preceded her in death. She was an avid bowler, a member of the St. Ann's Women Guild, and Krietenstein American Legion # 104 Auxillary. Funeral mass will be at St. Ann Catholic Church where she was a longtime member on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 2:30 p.m.with calling from noon until service time. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
