He is survived by three sons, Van Hamilton, Spruce Pine, Gene Hamilton, Russellville, Glen Hamilton, Spruce Pine; a daughter, Mrs. Grace Hester, Russellville, brother, Grant Hamilton, Spruce Pine; sister, Mrs. Bessie Oliver, Spruce Pine; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
