Christopher James Brunelle, 45, a life long member of the Milwaukie community died December 28, 2010 at his home of a heart attack. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 11:30 am at Peake Funeral Chapel, 1925 SE Scott Street, Milwaukie with Pastor Jon Strutts of the Mt. View Community Church officiating. Family and Friends will gather in the friendship area for a brief reception. Graveside Services and Interment will be held at the Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City at 2:30 pm. Christopher James Brunelle was born September 15, 1965 in Portland Oregon to Eva Brunelle. He was raised and educated in Milwaukie having graduated from Milwaukie High School in 1983. Following his education he began working at Precision Castparts. He became part of the family there having been there over twenty-four years. Among his personal interests he enjoyed camping, fishing and being in the outdoors. He liked bowling, golf and riding his Harley. Chris loved spending time with his family, road trips, and taking his Mom out to run errands. He had recently purchased his own home and was busy working on it. His most recent new hobby was playing pool. Chris had a huge heart and just a few weeks ago he was out buying Christmas gifts for the children of a family on "The Wishing Tree". He searched for days to fulfill the request of a little boy for basketball sheets for his bed. Survivors include his mother Eva Brunelle, brother and sister in law; Mark and Pam Brunelle, three sisters and a brother in law; Jamie and Jeff Dewald, Angie Wilson and Pat Mackenzie, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Services are entrusted to Peake Funeral Chapel, Milwaukie, Oregon
