Joan Kitty Franklin Regalado, 45, of Oklahoma City died Jan. 5, 2011, in Oklahoma City. She was born on March 6, 1965, in Dallas, the daughter of Henry and Edith (Byington) Franklin.
In 1981, she married Humberto Regalado. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her sons, Humberto Franklin, Christopher Regalado and wife Tiffany, and Jeremy Regalado, all of Oklahoma City; her daughter, Jacinda K. Regalado of Oklahoma City; her brothers, Wilburn Franklin of Oklahoma City, Gilbert Franklin of Okemah and Lester Franklin of Colorado; her sisters, Wanda Pienda, Lena Franklin, Susan Morris, Henryietta Franklin and Betty Tsoodle all of Oklahoma City; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Catherine, and a brother, Arbin. Funeral services were held Jan. 8 at the Oak Leaf Room of Hunn & Black Funeral Home with Stevie Gonzalez officiating. Burial followed at the San Bois Cemetery under the direction of Hunn & Black Funeral Home of Quinton. Pallbearers were Humberto Franklin, Christopher Regalado, Jeremy Regalado, Wilburn Franklin, Daniel Franklin and Raul Franklin.
