Birdie E. Androkitis McCoy, 94, of Lititz and Formerly of New Providence & Millersville, PA passed away peacefully at the United Zion Rehab home on Tuesday, April 30th, 2019. Born in Cleveland, Texas, the daughter of Petranila Schlobohm Nicol. And adopted daughter of Fred Henry.

She was married to Charles Androkitis, deceased and L. William McCoy, deceased. She was of the Christian Faith, she enjoyed bowling, archery hunting, and dancing. She was the first woman in Lancaster County to get a deer with a bow and arrow. She was also the weather girl for the Groundhog lodge in Quarryville, PA.

Birdie is survived by her daughter Petranila married to Richard Altrickter of New Providence, her three grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren; she is also survived by her step son Michael McCoy, her step daughter Peggy married to Steve Giberson, with two additional grandchildren and six more great grandchildren.

A private family day of celebration will be held at a later date.
