Born in Brooklyn, NY, a daughter of the late Henry and Mary Lee Gurrier, she was a member of St Anthony's Catholic Church.
Her late husband, T Boyd Eckenrode, died in 1950. Surviving are her children: Mary Lee, wife of John R Geiter, Millersville; Anna Boyd, wife of E H Schweitzer, lancaster; Thomas B, Lancaster; M-Sgt Harold J, March Air Force Base, Riverside, CA; William R, Lancaster; and James H, Millersville. Also surviving at 12 grandchildren.
