Ralph owned a print shop when in CA. McDonald Print Shop in Paramount, CA. The shop was in back of his home. Also worked for a newspaper called The Journal.
He is remembered by his daughter, Florence, as being the kindest and most wonderful man that ever lived! Ralph was a meat and potatoes man. Liked corn and green beans with lots of ham and cornbread. Potatoes cut up and boiled with the jacket on.
