L. 1916. Following graduation from Oahu College taught in the public schools of Hawaii, 1906-10; was clerk in the district court, Hilo, 1910-13, before attending the University. Practising law in Hilo since 1916. Is secretary to the Chairman and Executive Officer of the County of Hawaii. Republican.
