Seven Valleys Jacob G. Krout, Seven Valleys, RD 2 farmer, died at 2:30 a.m. yesterday at York Hospital, where he had been a patient for 23 days. He was 70 years old.
Mr. Krout, husband of the late Mrs. Clara Dise Krout, was a lifelong resident of this area. He was a member of Friedensaal's Lutheran congregation.
Surviving are two sons; Stewart Krout, Loganville, and Raymond Krout, Seven Valleys RD 2, and a daughter Mrs. Paul Stump, Seven Valleys RD 2; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. at Friedensaal's church. Rev. Millard L. Kroh, pastor of Seven Valleys Lutheran charge, will officiate. Interment will be in the cemetery adjoining the church. Funeral Director C. O. Goodling, Seven Valleys, has charge of the arrangements.
