Mrs. Elizabeth Robinson died at her home in Marshall, after a lingering illness, at three o'clock Monday afternoon. The funeral was held at ten o'clock yesterday morning in the Baptist church, Rev. T. H. Tull officiating. The remains were laid to rest in Marshall cemetery.

Mrs. Robinson's maiden name was McGregor. She was born in Wabash township, about three miles east of Livingston, July 9, 1854. She grew to womanhood here and after improving the advantages of the home schools attended Westfield College for several terms. She fully improved all her educational advantages and was a highly cultured woman. She taught several terms of school with marked success.

In 1882 she became the wife of Addison Robinson. Of this marriage, were born a son and daughter. The son died in infancy. The daughter, Miss Alma, is left to mourn the loss of a mother's care and companionship, just when she was beginning to realize their inestimable value.

Mr. Robinson died in 1894 and about two years ago, Mrs. Robinson moved to Marshall in order to give her daughter the advantages of our public schools.

When about twelve years of age, she united with the Methodist church. Later in life, she joined the Baptist church with her husband and has always lived a consistent Christian life. She suffered intensely, but bore it all with Christian patience and fortitude. The hears of all go out in loving sympathy to the bereaved daughter.
