Born May 12, 1921 in Salt Lake City to William and Mary Thomas Edwards. Married Shirley Nelson, Salt Lake City, January 4, 1944. Member of the LDS church. Retired from Utah Power & Light 1981. Served U.S. Navy WWII.

Survived by wife, Magna; brother and sister-in-law, E. Wayne and Kathy Edwards, Salt Lake City; sisters, Mrs. Florence Tyler, Salt Lake City, Mrs. Marion Huish, Magna; Mrs. Paul (Lucille) Slotte, Midvale; Mrs. Edith Wilkinson, Salt Lake City, sister-in-law, June Edwards, Salt lake City, many loving neices and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, three sisters and one brother.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 12 noon at the Pleasant Green 1st Ward at 8739 West 3000 So. Friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m., Peel funeral Home 8525 West 2700 So. and Tuesday 1 hour prior to services at the church. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park
