John D. O'Sullivan died at his residence Thursday, June 26, 1952 at 3:35 following a week's illness. Survivors included: his wife Mrs. Della O'Sullivan; six daughters, Mrs. Gazell Champion, Mrs. Lenora Watson, Mrs. Lillly Mae O'Sullivan, Mrs. Sally Kate Allen, Mrs. Mary Ellen Sparks and Mrs. Minnie Lou Walls; six sons, John D. O'Sullivan, Jr., Jerry, Haskell, Ernest, Walton and Wallace; 29 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was a Resident of Spartanburg County, SC in the Cannon's Camp Ground Section and was 79 years of age at his demise. Interment was in the Cannon's Camp Ground Church Cemetery.
