Deaths.

Died, February 24th, 1892, at her home in Grenola, Mrs. Julia A. Adams, aged 73 years, 6 months and 29 days. Funeral services conducted by Rev. O.R. Bryant, Thursday Feb. 25th, at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment at Green Lawn cemetery.

Julia A. Cissna was born at Piketon, Ohio, July 25, 1818 and married Horatio Adams, who survives her, at Piketon, Ohio, November 11th, 1841. She leaves three surviving children to mourn her death; Mrs. Rose A Dexter, of Riverside, Calif., O.P. and C.E. Adams who now live here. Mr. and Mrs. Adams came to Kansas in July 1872 and settled on a claim 3 miles northeast of Grenola and moved to their present home in this city in 1884. She was a faithful and consistent member of the Methodist church since her 15th year, and died as she had lived in the Christian faith.
