Fray Barnes Townsend, 48, Rt. 1, Spruce Pine, died Wednesday at Colbert County Hospital.
Services will be at 2pm Friday at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Huelon Bishop and Rev. Gene Franks officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Survivors are his wife, Doris Jean Townsend; daughter Carol Jean Townsend; son Ronald Townsend, Spruce Pine; mother Mary Townsend, Phil Campbell; sisters Lois Oliver, Russellville, Jewel Bates, Red Bay and Lucille Nix, Spruce Pine; brothers K. W. Townsend, Phil Campbell and Freeman Townsend, Phil Campbell.
