MANNS HARBOR - Diane Peace Pletcher, 43, died Monday, December 6 at a Nags Head health center. She was born in Pennsylvania and was a housekeeper. She was the wife of the late Gary Ray Pletcher. Mrs. Pletcher is survived by two daughters: Cindy P. Fenner and Carrie Kay Pletcher, both of Manns Harbor; and one son, James Ray Pletcher of Virginia Beach, Va. Funeral services will be held a 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9 at the Roanoke Island Baptist Church with the Rev. John Charles officiating. Twiford Funeral Home, Manteo, is handling the arrangements.
