Rev. Trago Lloyd, 89, of the 100 block of Fairfield Drive, Catonsville, died Wednesday, June 15, at St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, after suffering a heart attack. He was the husband of Ivah Day Lloyd.
A native of Inwood, W. Va., Rev. Mr. Lloyd was a graduate of the Conway High Preparatory School and Dickenson College, Carlisle, Pa. The college awarded him a master's degree at the time of his graduation from Drew Theological Seminary in Madison, N. J.
Rev. Mr. Lloyd served parishes in West Virginia and Maryland, including the Walkersville Methodist Church, and at the time of his death was pastor emeritus of Parkside United Methodist Church, Baltimore.
Surviving, besides his wife of 60 years, are one son, Carroll Lloyd, Catonsville; one daughter, Mrs. Jeanne Keller, Allentown, Pa.; one brother, Hoover Lloyd, Martinsburg, W. Va.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 18, at Catonsville United Methodist Church, Melvin Avenue at Frederick Road, Baltimore. Interment will be in Druid Ridge Cemetery, Baltimore.
