John Henry Cain, 83, Bessemer, and a native of Morgan County, died at 4 a.m. today at Pines Rest Home in Hartselle.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Guntharp Funeral Home Chapel with R.B. Wheatley officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery with Guntharp directing.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Lula Owens Cain, of Bessemer; four daughters, Mrs. Sam L. Paulk Sr, Gary, Ind; Mrs. R.H. Garrett, Decatur; Mrs. W.A. Smith, Birmingham; Mrs. W.P. Powers Jr, Willsonville; a sister, Mrs. Evie McCant, Decatur; nine grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
