Amstutz, Peggy Lou, 76, of Hart, passed away Wednesday March 2, 2005 at the Oceana County Medical Care Facility after a short illness. Peggy was born Sept. 26, 1928 in Hart to Doris A. (Rummer) Fuller and James R. Miller. Peggy is survived by her children, John Amstutz, Michael Amstutz, Thomas (Linda) Amstutz, Karen Gale, and Linda (Jan) Hasty all of Hart; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Kenneth (Karen) Amstutz, Larry (Sharon) Amstutz; sisters-in-law, Mae Amstutz and Alice Amstutz; aunts, Phyllis Miller, Ann Miller and Dorothy Griffin; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; several step great-grandchildren; and many friends. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence O. Amstutz and daughter, Judy Amstutz. The funeral service was Friday, March 4, 11 a.m. at Harris Funeral Home in Shelby with Pastor Ben Lester officiating. Interment: Hart Cemetery. Memorials to Hospice of Muskegon/Oceana or Crystal Valley Care Fund are appreciated.
