Elk Creek
Leon Paul Chase, the 11-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter D. Chase, died Friday afternoon, Feb. 16, after a brief illness of one week with pneumonia. The funeral was held from the house on Modayh at 2 o'clock, and interment made in Elk Creek cemetery, the Rev. G. N. Underwood officiating.
