Ronnie was the son of Rollie Zeigler and Vera Zeigler. He was educated in the Houston County School System, graduating from Perry High School in 1982. He was a member of the Martha Ann Baptist Church in Perry, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother (Robert L. Keen), 3 Uncles (Sammie Walker, Albert Brown and Leonard Brown) and 4 aunts (Lula King, Hattie Anderson, Lucy Green and Willie Middlebrooks).
